- SAP 2009 Calculator v4 - Now approved by the BRE for calculations complying with SAP 2009 (version 9.90). Use this calculator to generate SAP, DER, TER, FEE and EI calculations, and produce compliance reports for building regulations in England and Wales, and Scotland.
- SAP 2005 Calculator v3.1 - Approved by the BRE for calculations complying with SAP 2005 (version 9.81). Use this calculator to generate SAP, DER, TER and EI calculations, produce submission for building regulations, and generate Energy Performance Certificates in England and Wales, and Scotland.
- SAP Calculator v2.0 - The SAP 2005 (version 9.8) calculator follows the calculation methods specified in ADL1A and SAP 2005 9.8 documents to determine compliance of your dwelling with regulations specified in SAP 9.8.
- U-Value Calculator - For indicative calculation of U-values and Condensation Risk Analysis for a wide range of building constructions.
- Model Design Calculator - An initial viability assessment of compliance with SAP 9.8 on input of only basic information on the proposed dwelling.
Energy Design Tools software is licensed per user. Individual users can purchase a monthly, 3 monthly or an annual license. Multi-user licenses can be purchased on an annual basis only.
